Negli anni, il nostro sudore ha arricchito le piattaforme di delivery, ha ingrassato le tasche dei caporali e dei capi-zona, ha riempito le casse comunali con multe e verbali poiché costretti a usare mezzi non omologati per correre dietro i parametri dell'algoritmo  Non solo: ha arricchito persino chi ci aggredisce, come le baby gang che ci hanno picchiato o i criminali che ci hanno rapinato durante le consegne. Infine, abbiamo finanziato gli studi legali che oggi portano le nostre istanze in tribunale.

​Tutti si sono arricchiti sulle nostre spalle, mentre le nostre provvigioni per consegna continuano a scendere!

​Evidentemente, c'è qualcosa che non ha funzionato, o meglio, qualcosa che è stato sistematicamente sbagliato. È ora di invertire la rotta: il guadagno generato dal nostro lavoro deve tornare a chi lo svolge!

È giusto intraprendere la vertenza sindacale per chiedere una parte del maltolto, anche se di certo questo non coprirà le umiliazioni, i furti di biciclette, le sospensioni illegittime dovute al mancato riconoscimento della ricevuta del permesso di soggiorno o le multe ricevute. ​La Realtà delle Conciliazioni ​Le conciliazioni si aggirano mediamente tra i 3.000 e i 7.000 euro.
